Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Product Sizing & Responsibility

All product sizes and measurements are clearly mentioned in the product descriptions. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. Returns will not be accepted for size-related issues, and refunds will not be issued for such cases.

Return Eligibility & Conditions
  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging intact.
  • An unboxing video (360° in good lighting) is mandatory as proof for any damage or defective item claims.
  • Return shipping charges of ₹120 will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings, Nose Pins (Naths), Toe Rings, and any sets containing earrings
  • Hair accessories & face masks.
  • Body piercing products.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Health & personal care items

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be considered for:

  • Items not in original condition, or damaged due to customer handling
  • Missing parts not due to our error
  • Products returned after the 7-day window
  • Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl records)

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • The ₹120 return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider.
  • Contact your bank (refunds may take time to reflect).

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only if an item is damaged or defective.
  • We do not process exchanges for minor color or design differences due to screen or lighting variations.
  • If the same item is not available, the order will not be shipped.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at avtarista@gmail.com. Our return address will be shared upon approval.

Gifts & Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping (₹120) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
